The objectif key for this job or career is to oversee the extended warranty claims processing and payments process in the business. They need people who can work in any location of United Arab Emirates (UAE), especially in Dubai. They need a professional mechanical engineer to help them on mission target to ensure a collaborative work environment with efficient work processes that empower our team for quick and prompt responses to our customers’ needs.

Main Tasks:

• Assess and audit claims request from Dealership / Client
• File and organize claims documents accordingly
• Ensure and control cost-effective use of materials and labor on vehicle’s repair
• Ensure decision making on Claims Approval is within the Warranty Schedule Terms and Conditions and Underwriter’s guidelines
• Conduct physical vehicle inspection/assessment on site whenever necessary
• Maintain and enhance a good business relationship with Dealership/Client
• Provide high quality customer service yb responding to Claims request on a timely manner
• Critically analyse and report on high claims value/counts (high frequency claims request)
• Process Dealership/Client claim invoices for payment
• Perform internal audit periodically
• Train the Dealership/Client on product knowledge and claims process and procedure
• Support the Sales and Marketing team with technical business knowledge

Required Knowledge:

• English Language skills are essential
• Diploma in Automobile and or Mechanical engineering or equivalent degree or Automotive certification course
• Experienced negotiator, self-motivated, has strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Microsoft office applications knowledge
• Awareness of manufacturers warranty process

Essential Experience:

• Local driving licence preferred
• Technical expertise in Automobile repair and maintenance
• 3+ years experience in automotive after sales industry
• Experience of working within the Middle East region
• Experience in automotive insurance sector is an added advantage
